Welcome to the new HIG IT Support Request System
To help us assist you more quickly and ensure your issue is properly tracked, Henry Investment Group now uses an IT Support Request system.
Submitting a request allows our IT team to review, prioritize, and resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
Remote Support Tools
Need Remote Support?
• IT uses Beyond Trust (aka Bomgar) and AnyDesk to remotely access your computer.
• The tools will only need to be downloaded once, and a shortcut can be created on your desktop for easy access.
Please note: If your request requires IT to access your computer, you’ll need to be available at your device while we work with you to resolve the issue.
